Why do you offer free products?
By working directly with worldwide suppliers, we are able to reduce our costs by cutting out any middlemen. As such, we are able to give our loyal customers luxury-quality products at low costs.
What's the catch?
There is no catch. All we ask you, our customer, is that you cover the shipping cost to get your products to you. And as always, please feel free to mention us to your friends and family.
Can I order more than one free product?
Yes! You can order as many promotional products as you wish. Just cover the shipping cost of each item and it's yours!
Can I have a tracking number for my package?
Yes, most orders will have a tracking number that will be emailed to you once we have confirmed shipment of your package.
Why did some of my products come in one package and the rest in another?
Sometimes we will ship out orders in separate packages in order to reduce the amount of time you wait for your products. We believe that you shouldn't have to wait to enjoy your luxury goods any longer than you need to and thus we have set in place a shipping method that ensures you receive your products as soon as possible. Therefore, if you receive some products before others, do not worry, the rest are on the way!
What is your return/refund/cancellation policy?
Due to the high volume of orders we receive, all sales are final. This means that we cannot accept returns or refunds. Sales are final for products purchased at sale or promotional prices, no returns. In addition, because your order begins processing automatically after being placed, we cannot accommodate any cancellations or changes to your order (including but not limited to changing products, quantities, or changing shipping information).
I accidentally entered the wrong address on my order. Can you change it?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to change the address on your order. Please check your shipping address twice and make sure it's entered correctly. We are not responsible for any lost packages due to the customer inputting the wrong address. We ship our packages to the address exactly as it is entered by the customer.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
Yes, we ship products to these locations. Please enter the physical address of the USPS location where your box is located. On the second line, enter your PO Box number.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders placed will typically ship from our warehouses within 5 to 10 business days. After processing your order, you can expect to receive your products within five to seven weeks for standard shipping and three to five weeks for expedited shipping. Please note that these shipping times are due to shipping delays as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.*
